Translation Empire PK is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Manager. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of teacher training and professional development programs, which are integral to our expansive digital education initiative. Your mission will be to enhance educational quality by empowering and upskilling educators through comprehensive training, mentorship, and performance assessment.
The CPD Manager will oversee a team of CPD Coaches, driving innovation in teacher learning and ensuring the seamless incorporation of contemporary pedagogical methods within classroom settings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a profound understanding of instructional practices, and a fervent commitment to elevating education standards in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 9–10 CPD Coaches, ensuring they provide consistent and high-quality support to teachers.
- Develop and execute teacher support strategies aimed at enhancing content delivery and pedagogical techniques in public schools.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of CPD Coaches, equipping them with the necessary tools and skills for effective teacher training and mentorship.
- Evaluate the progress and impact of training programs through data collection, reporting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with internal academic teams to align training initiatives with evidence-based practices and the evolving needs of educators.
- Engage and coordinate with school leadership, education officials, and other stakeholders to facilitate program implementation.
- Regularly assess and update training materials based on classroom experiences and teacher feedback.
- Encourage innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the CPD team.
- Ensure the timely achievement of project objectives while adhering to resource and operational constraints.
- Provide comprehensive progress reports and strategic recommendations to project leadership.
- Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time to oversee on-ground implementation.
