Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the CCTV engineering team, ensuring effective governance, system hardening, and timely upgrades. Strategically plan and sequence work across multiple stores to minimize disruption to operations. Implement robust delivery governance, including change control and release coordination. Maintain secure working practices and ensure compliance with all relevant security policies. Collaborate closely with security operations and incident management teams. Monitor and track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and team capacity. Ensure the creation of high-quality documentation including runbooks and operational handover materials. Advocate for the development of sustainable engineering practices and methodologies. Required Skills and Experience:Demonstrated experience in leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams. Strong skills in delivery management and operational risk assessment. Experience in security-sensitive or regulated environments. Adept at balancing delivery pace with service stability and risk management. Comfortable operating across distributed estates and legacy platforms.

This is a hybrid role requiring you to work three days a week on-site in either the Paddington or Heathrow areas.
