Position Summary

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Blackbird Health, you will be instrumental in conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, creating treatment plans, and managing medication for children, adolescents, and young adults. You will develop meaningful relationships with patients to enhance their engagement in treatment, ensuring that you spend adequate time with them to understand their needs, educate them on care options, and offer consistent support. You will monitor patient progress towards care goals and take necessary actions to ensure safety. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young patients and their families. This remote position requires a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
