We are looking for candidates with a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience in investment management or real estate finance is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required, along with relevant professional certifications (CPA or equivalent) preferred.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Controller of Credit Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the integrity of our accounting processes and financial reporting. You will manage the maintenance of partner capital accounts, investment schedules, and performance metrics while preparing insightful management reports, including cash flow forecasts and analytical assessments for your assigned funds and assets.
 
This role will involve close collaboration with portfolio management, tax, treasury, valuations, and both internal and external auditors to ensure accuracy throughout the investment lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition. Additionally, you will support the onboarding of new investments, facilitate transaction activities, and manage liquidity within complex investment frameworks.
