Position: Cook B / CRETE
Location: Crete
Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time
Ref: HO/ COOBCr
Role Overview:
As a Cook B, you will work closely with the Head Cook and department supervisors to execute and produce the menu in accordance with the Group's recipes and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the daily production of the department's menu, adhering to operational standards and the Group's recipes.
- Collaborate with the team and immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
- Immediately inform your supervisor of any problems or shortages of materials at your station.
- Follow all required ISO procedures and ensure the proper implementation of hygiene and safety regulations at your station, per the Group's operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Culinary Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment
- Knowledge and adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations
