Role Overview:

As a Cook B, you will work closely with the Head Cook and department supervisors to execute and produce the menu in accordance with the Group's recipes and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the daily production of the department's menu, adhering to operational standards and the Group's recipes.
Collaborate with the team and immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
Immediately inform your supervisor of any problems or shortages of materials at your station.
Follow all required ISO procedures and ensure the proper implementation of hygiene and safety regulations at your station, per the Group's operational standards.

Qualifications:

Culinary Degree
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment
Knowledge and adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations
