Position Available: Cook Level C
Location: Crete

Role Overview:
As a Cook Level C, you will work closely with the Head Chef and your department supervisors to execute and produce the menu in accordance with the recipes and operational standards of the Mitsis Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the daily production of your department's menu, adhering to operational standards and the company's recipes.
- Collaborate with your team and immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
- Promptly inform your supervisor of any problems or shortages of materials at your station.
- Follow the required ISO procedures and ensure the correct application of hygiene and safety standards at your position, in line with the company's operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Culinary Arts
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
- Knowledge of and adherence to all hygiene & safety regulations
