Familiarity with construction contracts and risk management is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute robust cost control strategies and procedures to efficiently monitor project expenditures.
  • Prepare and uphold comprehensive project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts throughout each phase of the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and assess project expenditures to ensure adherence to established budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct periodic cost reviews and generate variance reports for project managers.
  • Collaborate with project teams to uncover cost-saving initiatives and identify financial risks.
  • Support the progress billing process and assist in verifying supplier and contractor invoices.
  • Offer technical guidance in generating financial reports, including cash flow forecasts.
  • Engage in project meetings to provide insights on cost performance and financial projections.
  • Ensure all financial reporting and analyses align with the company’s accounting standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the finance department and project teams to promote transparency in financial dealings.
