Join our dynamic team as a Cost Estimator and Budget Subject Matter Expert, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering financial, economic, and cost analysis services to support our project management initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost documentation in alignment with DoD Acquisition Management policies and procedures. Your expertise will be essential in crafting Cost Analysis Requirements Documents (CARD), Economic Analysis Development Plans (EADP), and Economic Analyses (EA). Conduct scenario and affordability analyses, utilizing historical performance measures, cost models, and program metrics. Collaborate closely with program and acquisition managers to formulate acquisition strategies, analyses, plans, and documents. Provide critical cost analysis services to bolster program business management efforts. Additionally, you will perform internal cost and budgeting analyses and independent government cost estimates for contracting actions. Your role will include auditing vendor pricing, billing, costing, scheduling projections, and work breakdown structures. Regularly present updates and insights to various executive offices both within and outside the program.
