Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our store and serve as the heart of Trinny London, where artistry meets innovation. Your mission will be to empower customers with the right tools to express their unique beauty through our curated range of stackable, portable makeup and award-winning skincare products.

As a Trinny London Artist, your exceptional artistry skills combined with in-depth product knowledge will help you provide personalized experiences to our clients. You are adaptable, ensuring our products are accessible to everyone, and you thrive on connecting with people.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team with enthusiasm and dedication by:
    • Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
    • Staying current with beauty trends and enhancing your product knowledge
    • Conducting appointments that showcase your artistry
    • Adopting a customer-first approach in every interaction
  • Manage the counter’s daily, monthly, and quarterly operations, creating effective business plans for sustained success
  • Handle staff scheduling, payroll, and HR documentation efficiently
  • Supervise inventory management, stock counts, and visual merchandising
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols diligently
  • Use team meetings to provide feedback on counter performance and strategize improvements
  • Ensure your team meets business objectives and KPIs, addressing any performance issues promptly
  • Inspire your team to continually enhance their artistry and product knowledge with available training resources
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and monthly performance reviews to support your team's career aspirations
  • Address performance, attendance, or conduct concerns as they arise, in line with Trinny London's policies.
