Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Formulate and execute operational policies and procedures to enhance restaurant efficiency.
Analyze restaurant performance metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
Promote a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and guests.
Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Financial Management:
Prepare annual budgets for each restaurant and evaluate performance against set targets.
Ensure financial discipline by managing budgets effectively and making necessary adjustments.
Review and interpret financial statements to recognize trends and areas for improvement.
Devise and implement strategies aimed at boosting revenue and minimizing costs.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing team across all levels.
Establish and execute programs focused on employee engagement and retention.
Ensure staff are motivated and equipped to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Foster strong relationships with culinary teams, front-of-house personnel, and senior management.
Guest Experience:
Deliver outstanding service to all guests, ensuring restaurants uphold their brand promise.
Implement initiatives to elevate the guest experience.
Monitor guest feedback and leverage insights for future enhancements.
Seek opportunities to boost customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
