Your Role
We are seeking passionate, energetic individuals to become part of our expanding team of Coverage Specialists. This position is vital in providing top-tier service to our key refrigerated and temperature-sensitive customer accounts. You will directly contribute to upholding our reputation for exceptional, temperature-controlled service, ensuring that time-sensitive and high-value freight is transported securely, punctually, and in compliance with rigorous standards. This role begins as a 60-day temporary position with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role in sales or operations, contingent upon your performance during the initial period.
Training and Development
Following an intensive one-week training program, you will be equipped with the essential knowledge, tools, and resources to establish reliable carrier capacity across the nation. You will collaborate closely with our internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless coverage, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues before they impact our customers.
