Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the Marketing team to craft strategic narratives and campaigns. Content Creation & ExecutionWrite and edit a variety of high-quality content that reflects the brand voice. Conduct interviews with stakeholders to create compelling stories. Partner with video and multimedia teams to produce diverse content formats. Leverage tools such as generative AI to enhance productivity and innovation. People ManagementSupervise the Digital Executive, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional development. Ensure quality and consistency across social media outputs. Content Ownership & PerformanceMaintain and update websites and campaign pages. Analyze content performance using GA4 and LinkedIn, optimizing strategies as needed. Refresh and repurpose content to ensure relevance and adherence to SEO standards. Internal CommunicationsContribute to internal communications and culture-building efforts.

Role overview

The Creative Content Manager leads content strategy and execution for N2O across every channel. Working within the in-house Marketing and Communications team, this role focuses on elevating N2O’s profile and advocating for the agency and its sub-brands in B2B contexts. The Creative Content Manager manages the Digital Executive and takes ownership of the publishing calendar, making decisions about what content is published, when, and how. The goal is to produce high-quality, insight-driven content that showcases N2O’s expertise and distinctive point of view.

What you will do

  • Shape and carry out content strategy across digital and offline channels
  • Oversee the Digital Executive within the Marketing and Communications team
  • Plan, schedule, and ensure quality control for all agency publications
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the wider team to develop thought leadership, campaign stories, and brand narratives
  • Increase both the pace and volume of content output while maintaining high standards
