Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative development of digital experiences from initial concept through to execution, ensuring that each project is both strategically aligned and aesthetically compelling.
  • Serve as a trusted creative advisor to clients, clearly articulating ideas, building trust, and driving projects forward.
  • Mentor and nurture designers and other creatives, cultivating a culture of curiosity, craftsmanship, and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, development, and production teams to realize ideas in innovative and feasible ways.
  • Contribute to shaping the creative voice and standards of haus across every project we undertake.
