Your Role:
We are seeking an innovative Creative Director to elevate our creative vision across all marketing platforms. As a leader in multidisciplinary creativity, you will oversee the visual representation of the sweetgreen brand within our commercial sector, guiding concept development, design execution, and art direction for campaigns across various channels and markets. Your role will require a blend of artistic intuition and a strategic understanding of business goals to inspire our internal design team and collaborate with cross-functional partners, pushing the sweetgreen brand to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, CRM, and emerging channels nationwide.
- Transform business and marketing objectives into compelling creative directions, engaging marketing concepts, and actionable briefs that resonate with the sweetgreen ethos.
- Enhance and maintain the sweetgreen visual identity within marketing materials and influence its application in restaurant design, ensuring brand consistency while innovating the visual experience.
- Direct art for marketing-related photo and video shoots, overseeing everything from concept development to on-set direction, including lighting, styling, and composition.
- Manage post-production processes such as editing and final finishing to guarantee high-quality outputs across all creative assets.
- Leverage data and insights to drive creative decisions and optimize the impact of our marketing initiatives.
- Provide constructive feedback that empowers team members and fosters creative growth.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Brand, Culinary, and Product Development, to align creative efforts with overarching brand and business objectives.
- Present creative concepts to senior stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind each idea and its expected impact.
