Work Schedule: This position is designed to work during US business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for effective collaboration. As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

Role Summary: We are in search of a dynamic and imaginative Graphic Designer with a keen sense of marketing to bolster our expanding global publishing and marketing teams. This position will focus on crafting the visual identity of the brand through impactful designs, motion graphics, and captivating social media content across various platforms.
The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in developing engaging marketing materials, creating eye-catching visuals and videos, enhancing brand visibility, and generating inbound interest while collaborating with a global team in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging, brand-consistent assets for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, website pages, sales materials, infographics, product explainers, and more, ensuring a polished and cohesive feel across all touchpoints.
- Develop and sustain a forward-thinking creative pipeline aligned with marketing priorities, product launches, global events, and campaign requirements.
- Transform complex concepts and data into straightforward, compelling visual stories through graphic design, motion graphics, or lightweight animations.
- Contribute to the evolution of Linkby’s visual identity, ensuring all creative work adheres to brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of quality and creativity.
- Oversee video production, including editing short-form videos, motion graphics, product demonstrations, founder interviews, event summaries, and platform-optimized social media assets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to convert briefs, insights, and business objectives into impactful creative outputs.
