About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer / Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to blend your creativity with technical prowess in website development. You will be responsible for creating striking visuals, managing web content, and enhancing our email marketing initiatives to elevate our brand and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Develop high-quality designs, visuals, and UI/UX elements using Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma.
- Website Development & Maintenance:
- Oversee and update our website on Shopify.
- Enhance on-page SEO with tools like Yoast SEO or Rank Math and keep track of site health using Google Search Console.
- Email Marketing & Design: Create and execute email campaigns using Mailchimp or ConvertKit, ensuring consistency through Litmus testing.
- Analytics & User Tracking: Utilize Google Tag Manager and tools like Crazy Egg or Mouseflow to analyze user behavior, enhance user experience, and guide design improvements.
- Project & File Management: Organize projects and files using Google Drive and Notion to facilitate seamless collaboration and execution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design and web development.
- Proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma for design tasks.
- Expertise in managing Shopify websites, coupled with knowledge of SEO tools (Yoast SEO or Rank Math) and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or ConvertKit, along with email testing via Litmus.
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Crazy Egg, or Mouseflow.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage projects and files in Google Drive and Notion.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
