Trinny London is looking for a Creative Growth Strategist based in London to shape and execute creative strategy for mid- and lower-funnel paid social campaigns. This position reports directly to the CMO and works closely with performance marketing, brand, and social media teams. The focus is on developing compelling creative that meets commercial goals and strengthens brand presence.
What you will do
- Creative Strategy & Ideation: Work with the Performance Marketing team to turn channel objectives and testing priorities into creative concepts that drive results.
- End-to-End Execution: Manage the creative process from brief to final edit. Refresh existing user-generated content and studio assets, and commission new shoots as needed.
- Performance-Driven Optimization: Use data and real-time performance metrics to inform creative decisions, refine messaging, and improve storytelling for higher conversion.
- Collaborative Production: Partner with in-house editors, copywriters, and production teams to deliver strong assets. Influence content capture during brand shoots for ecommerce, events, and campaigns to ensure paid social needs are met.
- Asset & Budget Management: Build and maintain a paid social asset library. Manage the UGC budget to produce authentic, high-quality content at scale.
- Stakeholder Influence: Act as a creative advocate, aligning creative work with business strategy and influencing stakeholders across the business.
