The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Creative Lead to oversee and enhance the creative output across Wonderbly's primary marketing channels.
This hands-on leadership position requires a blend of exceptional creative insight, commercial acumen, and operational expertise. You will guide the team daily, elevate the quality and consistency of our work, and develop a scalable content and production system, while also being actively involved in the creative process.
This position transcends mere creative oversight or high-level direction; we need a leader who can actively create, direct, prioritize, and refine our creative efforts.
You will be instrumental in helping Wonderbly generate superior creative content more efficiently, particularly in paid social, CRM, onsite, and video channels, while influencing the evolution of the team over time. Although the initial focus will be on Wonderbly, there will be opportunities to expand and enhance creative capabilities across the broader Wonderbly group.
What You’ll Do
Own Creative Output
- Lead the creative initiatives across paid social, CRM, onsite, and organic channels
- Ensure all work aligns with branding, achieves commercial objectives, and is appropriate for each channel
- Act as the sole custodian of creative quality and delivery
Drive Creative Velocity
- Accelerate the pace and volume of high-quality creative output across various formats
- Enhance workflows, prioritization, and operational methods to mitigate bottlenecks
Lead Hands-On Creative and Production
- Conceive, direct, and contribute to creative projects as needed
- Art direct shoots and oversee content production from start to finish
- Deliver impactful outputs efficiently in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Partner with Growth on Performance Creative
- Collaborate closely with Growth teams to enhance the effectiveness of paid creative
- Translate testing requirements into a robust pipeline for static, video, and iterative content
- Establish tighter feedback loops between performance metrics and creative outputs
Build a More Effective Creative Engine
- Evaluate the need for in-house capabilities versus freelance assistance
- Enhance resource allocation and output efficiency while continuously raising the quality of creative and brand presence
- Contribute to the formation of future team structures and recruitment strategies.
