Your Role:
As a Web Designer at fonio.ai, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our website, focusing on both visual appeal and functionality. Your primary responsibility will be to implement designs using Webflow, while also providing support for graphic design tasks in Photoshop and collaborating closely with our marketing, sales, and founding teams to ensure a cohesive and attractive representation of the fonio.ai brand.
Why This Role Matters:
Our entire online presence is managed through Webflow, encompassing our website, hiring pages, and performance marketing initiatives. Currently, these tasks are managed by a single person, and we are looking for someone who can take full ownership and help us expedite our efforts in testing new landing pages and driving growth.
What to Expect:
- Web Design & Webflow: Independently design, develop, and maintain our website using Webflow.
- Design Optimization: Continuously improve user experience and optimize for conversions.
- Conversion Tracking: Analyze website content performance to enhance conversions and optimize site functionality.
- Visual Support: Assist with graphic design and image editing tasks using Photoshop.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and founders to strategically bolster our online presence.
