At dot.cards, we are revolutionizing the consumer tech landscape with an innovative creator-led growth engine. Having successfully shipped millions of devices and established a vibrant community of over 1.6 million users, we are rapidly expanding our creator ecosystem, generating over 1,000 videos weekly across platforms like TikTok Shop, Meta, and Shopify. This is a pivotal role where you will take ownership of this vibrant engine.
In this position, you will recruit, activate, and expand a network of creators that directly contributes to our revenue stream. This is more than just management; it's about creating a systematic approach to transform content into sustained growth. Key Performance Indicators for Success
In your initial 90 days, your goals will include:
- Boosting weekly creator output (posts/week)
- Identifying and focusing on top-performing creators
- Enhancing conversion rates for TikTok Shop content
- Establishing efficient onboarding and engagement frameworks
In the long term, you will aim to:
- Transform creator content into a reliable revenue stream
- Foster top creators into strategic long-term partners
- Influence the integration of content into advertising and product launches
Your Responsibilities
- Recruit and engage creators who deliver high-converting content
- Develop relationships that encourage consistent weekly postings from top creators
- Manage and expand our creator community on Discord
- Oversee the TikTok Shop affiliate program and its performance metrics
- Identify top talent and enhance partnerships through incentives, product early access, and visibility opportunities
- Handle contracts and content usage rights across the creator network
Who You Are
- You have experience scaling a creator or affiliate program independently
- 2–4+ years of experience managing creator, influencer, or affiliate programs in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer brand environment
- You are a TikTok native, with a deep understanding of the platform, its algorithms, and what drives creator motivation
- You are adept at managing a community (Discord, WhatsApp, Slack) and keeping it vibrant
