About the Role
The Creator Success Manager is a revenue-focused, creator-centric role aimed at expanding and retaining a portfolio of high-value creators through data-driven monetization strategies, robust relationship management, and proactive risk assessment. This role operates at the nexus of creator partnerships, revenue enhancement, and product utilization.
You will be accountable for outcomes, not just relationships. Success in this role is measured by tangible revenue growth, sustained creator loyalty, and your capability to turn insights into actionable strategies that empower creators to increase their earnings and maintain long-term engagement.
This is an individual contributor position with high accountability, clear revenue targets, and significant cross-functional influence. It is not a customer support or campaign execution role.
What You’ll Do
Strategy
- Develop and own a portfolio-level growth strategy aimed at driving creator revenue, retention, and long-term value.
- Identify monetization opportunities, adoption gaps, and churn risks utilizing performance and revenue data.
- Create customized, one-on-one creator growth plans based on data, experimentation, and definitive success metrics.
- Proactively adjust strategies in anticipation of changes in creator behavior or performance.

- Consistently achieve revenue and retention targets across your portfolio.
