Supervise project close-out activities, which include punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover requirements. Support commercial meetings, ensuring all variations are documented and communicated for effective client change management. Review drawings and setting-out information, ensuring coordination of “builders works” drawings related to MEP services. Prepare and distribute daily and weekly project reports. Skills / Qualifications:Degree in a relevant construction-related field, equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience. Proven track record in managing civil, structural, and architectural projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
