Qualifications

Current registration with CMRITO is mandatory. Valid CPR certification. Required recent experience with contrast CT procedures. X-ray experience is considered an asset. Certification in contrast injection is necessary. Completion of cross-sectional anatomy courses is required. Experience in interventional radiology is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage workload efficiently. Physical capability to perform job duties effectively. Proficient in operating necessary equipment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Demonstrate commitment to Osler's core values: Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation, and Collaboration. Excellent attendance and punctuality record are essential. Willingness to travel and work across all Osler sites as needed.

Join our Diagnostic Imaging Department as a CT Technologist where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care through high-quality imaging services. Your expertise will ensure that diagnostic studies are performed according to established protocols, maximizing the safety and comfort of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CT scanning procedures and invasive techniques, following protocol manuals, including the administration of contrast media and image reconstruction.
  • Operate and troubleshoot medical imaging equipment while maintaining a safe and efficient environment for patient care.
  • Document procedures accurately and perform thorough patient assessments, ensuring precise maintenance of patient records.
