High school diploma or GED required; 0-1 years of experience; candidates must be at least 21 years old. Strong attention to detail, initiative to learn, punctuality, dependability, and a cooperative team-oriented work ethic; this is an entry-level position. Experience in a production greenhouse is a plus. Working Conditions:Availability for weekend and holiday shifts on a rotating basis. Physical Requirements:Ability to work in warm conditions, with frequent bending and lifting. Must be capable of handling a 15 lbs. backpack sprayer, standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Join our dedicated team as a Cultivation Technician, where you will play a vital role in supporting all stages of our cultivation operations, from seedling to harvest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct plant and crop maintenance using established procedures, including cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming, and pest management.
  • Ensure a clean environment by properly disposing of cannabis waste and sanitizing all rooms and tools daily.
  • Assist in data collection to monitor plant health, soil conditions, and environmental control systems.
  • Achieve required performance metrics and activity counts.
  • Learn and apply basic principles of cultivation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet cultivation goals set by management.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by management safely and efficiently.
