Illumio is on the lookout for a Customer Advocacy & Communications Manager who will amplify our customers' voices and enhance engagement throughout the customer journey. This role will spearhead and expand our customer advocacy program while taking charge of strategic customer communications that inform, engage, and inspire our audience.

You will collaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to elevate customer narratives, drive third-party recognition, and deliver impactful communications that reinforce customer value and loyalty.

This highly visible role is perfect for a strategic storyteller passionate about building strong customer relationships and translating customer success into market impact.

Your Contributions:

  • Develop and nurture a network of customer advocates in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success

  • Create engaging case studies, testimonials, and success narratives

  • Oversee and expand customer reference and speaking programs

  • Facilitate customer participation in webinars, events, analyst engagements, and media opportunities
