We are in search of a detail-oriented and customer-centric Customer AI Analyst who is enthusiastic about data analytics, adept in prompt engineering, and committed to driving tangible results for clients using AI tools. In this role, you will partner closely with customers to ensure their accounts are set up for optimal success, focusing on achieving the best AI outcomes. Your responsibilities will include transforming data into actionable insights, crafting effective prompts for large language models (LLMs), and directly collaborating with clients on regular project deliverables. This position merges the skills of an SEO analyst, AI prompt engineer, and strategic customer advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Setup & Optimization: Configure and enhance customer accounts to lay a strong foundation for AI performance, utilizing key data to refine setups and support ongoing AI optimization.
  • LLM Prompt Optimization: Develop, test, and improve prompts to elicit high-quality outputs from large language models, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and industry benchmarks.
  • Customer Engagement & Strategy: Act as the primary service consultant for your clients, delivering actionable insights, performance evaluations, and monthly reports (e.g., strategy briefs, optimization plans).
  • Insights & Storytelling: Convert complex data into clear, strategic recommendations through presentations, dashboards, and tailored narratives for various stakeholders, including executives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and account teams to integrate customer insights into service enhancements and roadmap planning.
  • Customer Education: Contribute to training initiatives by producing data-driven best practices, case studies, and onboarding materials.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of developments in AI, marketing analytics, and AEO/GEO trends to inform clients and ensure bluefishai remains at the forefront of innovation.
