Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Associate to be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. This role demands managing customer interactions with a sense of urgency and empathy, while actively contributing to the enhancement of the customer journey to foster increased engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
- Assist in enhancing the customer journey by identifying recurring issues and escalating trends to the Customer Experience team.
- Collaborate with various departments to share valuable insights that lead to process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships consistent with the brand's voice.
- Implement customer experience initiatives aimed at boosting engagement and loyalty.
- Effectively manage time and workflow to achieve customer engagement KPIs, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), response time, and quality metrics.
- Provide regular updates to managers and key stakeholders for clear communication.
- Help with reporting on consumer complaints and suggest potential solutions.
