Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Executive in Adelaide on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will leverage your previous customer service experience to foster strong customer relationships, communicate effectively with clients, and make proactive outbound calls to coordinate new jobs while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on customer retention and nurturing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to national and key clients
  • Draft service contracts
  • Process purchase orders efficiently
  • Schedule technician appointments for seamless service delivery
  • Engage with customers daily
  • Handle inquiries promptly and resolve client issues proactively
  • Collaborate with the Customer Services, Sales, and Operations teams to meet targets
  • Make outbound calls to promote our products and services to existing clients

  • Proven experience in a similar role (customer service, administration, or account management)
  • Skilled in customer retention techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
