Your primary focus will be on customer retention and nurturing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to national and key clients
- Draft service contracts
- Process purchase orders efficiently
- Schedule technician appointments for seamless service delivery
- Engage with customers daily
- Handle inquiries promptly and resolve client issues proactively
- Collaborate with the Customer Services, Sales, and Operations teams to meet targets
- Make outbound calls to promote our products and services to existing clients
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar role (customer service, administration, or account management)
- Skilled in customer retention techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Experience in complaint handling and conflict resolution
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and operate independently
