Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism. Prior experience in a voice process is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
