Ideal candidates should possess:· 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO environment.· Proficient in closing calls independently.· Excellent communication skills in English.· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues associated with computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email services, as well as Apple devices like Mac, iPhone, and iPad.· Capability to address customer concerns effectively and deliver precise solutions.· Willingness to work night shifts. Note: Freshers and candidates from Domestic BPOs are not eligible to apply.
