We are seeking experienced individuals to join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Executive specializing in Inbound Technical Support during US shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding technical issues related to printers, routers, emails, and more.
- Diagnose problems accurately and provide effective solutions while promoting relevant service plans and software.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound technical support role.
- Proficient in closing calls and processing customer payments.
- Confident in presenting service plans to customers.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
