Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Executive specializing in Inbound Technical Support for the US Shift. We are seeking experienced candidates to assist customers with their queries related to printers, routers, emails, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and accurately analyze their technical issues.
- Propose and sell relevant service plans and software solutions.
- Close calls effectively and process customer payments.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound technical support process.
- Strong ability to pitch service plans confidently to customers.
- Excellent fluency in English is a must.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
