Deliver advanced technical support to our expanding customer base through various channels (Zendesk, Zoom, Slack). Troubleshoot intricate issues involving software configuration, networking, and integrations—this includes log analysis, issue reproduction, and code debugging. Ensure customers achieve swift and enduring success with DataHub. Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers optimize their experience and proactively tackle any gaps or inefficiencies. Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and ingestion teams to address escalations and enhance product functionality. Monitor customer health metrics and advocate for improvements alongside our Customer Success team.

We are in search of a talented and innovative Customer Centric Engineer (CCE) to act as the vital link between our customers and Engineering teams. This position transcends traditional support roles; it is a hybrid position where you will deliver advanced troubleshooting, assist with onboarding, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the evolution of DataHub.
