The Customer Experience Account Manager (CXAM) acts as a vital strategic partner, closely collaborating with the sales team to proactively engage customers across a defined territory. This role is essential in delivering Clean Earth’s exceptional service experience, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving customer growth. The CXAM is responsible for minimizing customer churn, enhancing wallet share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive interactions and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Own the primary relationship for accounts within your territory. Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring our organizational responses align effectively.
Monitor account performance against territory quotas and metrics.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers, providing strategic insights across functions.
Retention & Growth: Actively work to reduce churn and identify opportunities for expanding service offerings. Provide quotes using the existing pricing structure and strategic account approach. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
Operational Excellence: Assess account health through analytics and proactive engagement. Manage the lifecycle of profiles, contracts, accounts receivable status, and onboarding of new clients. Collaborate with Customer Experience Specialists to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional Territory Account Managers to create new profiles and communicate approvals. Utilize the customer complaint tool for escalated service issues, ensuring thorough resolution. Support price alignment, invoice correctness, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Reporting & Insights: Produce actionable reports on customer performance to support operational and financial objectives. Track customer satisfaction and evaluate account performance.
Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor team members as directed by management. Facilitate team meetings and huddles as required. Undertake additional relevant tasks as assigned.
