We are seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Associate who will proactively reach out to both new and existing members to drive enrollment and boost program completion rates.
Your role will be pivotal in realizing our vision of ensuring that every aging adult has access to customized, accessible online workouts. This full-time remote position will report directly to our Manager of Member Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outreach through phone, text, and email daily.
- Execute over 100 outbound calls per day successfully.
- Achieve an enrollment rate of 25% or more from all connected leads.
- Ensure that 25% or more of all engaged members participate in a class within one week of outreach.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher.
