WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Manage incoming reservations, warmly welcome guests, and oversee check-ins and check-outs. Prepare and clean campervans to ensure they are in pristine condition for our guests. Maintain our fleet, keeping campervans in top shape while monitoring maintenance and repair needs. Register guests, oversee stock, and process payments efficiently. Address guest complaints and manage any emergencies that may arise. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?A travel enthusiast with a background in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or car rentals is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for customer interaction are essential. Must be legally eligible to work in the US, possess a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable driving a campervan. Availability to work weekends and public holidays is required. A responsible and dependable individual who takes their role seriously. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
