Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions for customers, both individually and in groups, utilizing Zoom and phone calls to guarantee confidence in using CompanyCam. Guide customers through every stage of onboarding, from purchase to successful adoption of the product. Serve as the main contact for customers during their first 90 days of subscription, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout. Manage and prioritize requests through email, phone, chat, and video to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in transitioning customers from onboarding to the Customer Success team after implementation. Collect and utilize feedback to refine the onboarding process and impact product development positively. Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Enhance and optimize the onboarding process continually.
