ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead nurturing strategies. Oversee and enhance CRM workflows, customer segmentation, and customer lifecycle automation. Utilize HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms to elevate campaign performance. Monitor and assess email open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics. Refine email templates, conduct A/B testing on subject lines, and enhance deliverability. Establish and sustain customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to tailor customer interactions. Deploy behavioral triggers and automation workflows to enhance customer retention. Ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and email marketing compliance regulations.

The Role
