Qualifications
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to inquiries via email from both new and prospective customers.
Providing assistance to individual and business clients.
Routing incoming requests to the relevant sales, technical, and marketing teams.
Processing online quote requests efficiently.
Supporting customers with subscription renewals, purchases, and licensing inquiries.
Handling inbound calls professionally and with a helpful demeanor.
Keeping abreast of our product offerings, pricing, and current promotions.

Demonstrated experience in sales support and customer service roles.
Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
Strong communication abilities coupled with a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
The capability to quickly learn and adapt to various internal tools and systems.
