Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to passengers requiring special assistance throughout their airport journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort passengers from their arrival point through security, passport control, and to their boarding gate.
- Ensure wheelchairs are stocked and distributed appropriately throughout the terminals.
- Assist arriving passengers from the aircraft through immigration and to the baggage hall, providing support with customs and onward travel needs.
- Greet passengers, inquire about their assistance requirements, and explain airport procedures.
- Support passengers transferring between flights.
- Communicate updates regarding delays or disruptions to the control and supervisor team, ensuring passengers are informed.
- Utilize equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide manual lifting assistance as required.
- Record passenger progress using supplied digital devices.
- Maintain accountability for all company equipment issued.
- Complete incident reports for any issues encountered, including near misses.
- Deliver exceptional service to all passengers.
- Adhere to uniform guidelines and the sign-in/out process.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested.
