What Will You Do?

In this dynamic role, your mission is to ensure our customers leave with a smile. Whether it’s answering a question about a quote, creating a customer card, or handling returns, you’ve got it covered. Your key responsibilities include:

Preparing quotes in collaboration with our sales advisors.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding quotes and our services.
Assisting customers in creating their customer card.
Actively brainstorming solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Processing returns, repairs, and reservations smoothly and meticulously.

You will be the point of contact for our customers, closely collaborating with colleagues from sales and at the cash register. Together, you’ll create an unforgettable experience at the branch.
