Brennan & Co NI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Belfast office in Dundonald. This position supports the surgical product portfolio and reports directly to the Business Support Manager. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients across both public and private hospitals.
The schedule follows standard office hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is well suited to a motivated sales administrator with an interest or background in the medical sector, particularly surgical products.
Main responsibilities
- Process a high volume of sales orders, working closely with product specialists and customers to ensure timely delivery and clear communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development and continuous review of Standard Operating Procedures for the Customer Service team.
- Build in-depth knowledge of the surgical product portfolio and demonstrate genuine interest in these products.
- Become a subject matter expert in Salesforce CRM.
- Assist product specialists with opportunity and quote creation in the CRM system.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients.
- Help product specialists keep opportunity and quote reporting accurate and current.
- Ensure all work complies with internal policies and external regulatory and legal requirements.

Location
