Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Utilize a knowledge base and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately document communications in our database.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and/or Spanish (both written and verbal).
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including a credit check and background investigation.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Familiarity with navigating content management systems and related applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven customer service skills, dependability, and effective time management.
- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
