Issue Management
Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary
Take full ownership of customer concerns from initial contact to resolution
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and issue closure
Enhancing Customer Experience
Identify recurring issues and relay insights to internal teams
Contribute to improving support processes and the overall customer journey
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions in our systems
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to address customer needs
Support internal initiatives aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and retention
