Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Efficiently handle incoming orders via phone in a fast-paced setting. Assist customers with inquiries about orders, menu items, and product suggestions. Accurately process orders using our specialized POS system (training will be provided). Manage a basic online phone system for customer interactions. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while serving customers to ensure excellent service. Promptly address customer concerns, issues, and order requests to ensure satisfaction. Required Skills:Exceptional phone skills – comfortable speaking with customers and managing high call volumes. Proficient computer skills – experience with basic POS systems is an advantage (training provided). Strong communication skills – able to clearly convey information and assist customers effectively. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote operations. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
