Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service within industries such as retail, hospitality, or financial services is highly desirable. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following company policies and procedures. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other technology to process transactions. Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
