In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, providing outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues, and meeting their diverse needs with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Deliver clear and precise information regarding products and services.
- Achieve or surpass both individual and team performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- At least 12 months of relevant BPO experience and 6 months of sales experience.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Willing to work fully on-site in Anonas, Quezon City.
- Available for graveyard shifts and flexible scheduling.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
