What Will You Do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will primarily be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through phone and email. Your duties will mainly involve responding to general questions, processing cancellations, and rearranging bookings. You will also serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our office with direct questions. Additionally, you will assist our captains and hosts with the distribution of company uniforms and other resources.
Practical Details
Location: Amsterdam
Employment Type: Part-time (8-16 hours per week, flexible scheduling) based on a zero-hour contract
Work Hours: Daytime, evenings, and weekends
Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email;
Process cancellations;
Reschedule bookings;
Assist customers in-office with immediate questions;
Support captains and hosts in distributing uniforms and other company assets;
Ensure a friendly and seamless service experience, both over the phone and on-site.
