What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing all aspects of customer service and sales support.
- Creating new orders in internal systems as required.
- Generating initial quotes, processing approvals, and handling shipping and invoicing requests based on priority.
- Ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and input into the ERP system.
- Collaborating with Operations to prioritize and expedite delivery scheduling of services.
- Engaging with Customers, Sales, Operations, and Shipping/Receiving teams to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Reviewing and managing workflow schedules to proactively handle open orders.
Qualifications We Seek:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
